Your first assignment is to write a C program to print out a multiplication table. Your output should resemble the following as closely as possible (substitute your name for "John Q. Doe," of course).

Purpose of this assignment:

To get you started programming in C.
To give you some practice with printf statements.

Notes:

Do not do any of the computation yourself, not even the counting from 1 to 12.
You will need to include stdio.h.
Turn in (1) a printed listing of your C program, and (2) a printed listing of the output.

Things you will need to understand:

How to compile and execute a C program.
The #include directive.
The structure of a main program.
How to declare integers.
How to use for and printf statements.
How to write literal strings, including \n.
Nesting statements using braces { and }.
How to multiply integers.
